Return time
In accordance with European regulations and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase at any time. legal deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to return an item to us without reason and without penalty, unless otherwise stated.
General conditions of return
The products or services offered by LaLumiereCM World e.K. include physical goods (beauty, wellness, toys, crafts), creative services, digital content, as well as services or products from third-party sellers via our platform. This policy applies only to physical products sold directly by LaLumiereCM World e.K.
For a return to be accepted :
- The product must be not used, not openand in its original condition ;
- It must be returned to its complete original packaging ;
- It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

Products excluded from the right of return
In line with our multi-sector catalogue, the following items are not available in our catalogue. non-refundable and non-exchangeable :

- Gift cards,

- Creative, digital and events services performed before the end of the withdrawal period.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, you will receive confirmation from us. If accepted :
- The refund will be made within fourteen (14) daysby the same means of payment used for purchase,
- The amount refunded will include the price of the product and, where applicable, standard delivery charges,
- The return costs shall remain the responsibility of the purchaser unless an error or non-conformity is attributable to LaLumiereCM.
From partial repayments may apply if :
- The item is worn or shows signs of use,
- The returned product is incomplete or damaged beyond the responsibility of LaLumiereCM,
- The return is made after the authorised period.
Promotional items
Items sold on sale or as part of special offers are not non-refundableThis is the case unless a defect or non-conformity is reported within the legal time limit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for products defective or damaged on delivery. For any replacement, please contact us at lalumierecm@gmail.com before any dismissal.
Gifts
If the item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase :
