"Healthy hair is the best accessory you can wear."
After training as a hairdresser in Germany and several years' experience in the profession, it was important for me to do something more than just a hairdresser:
I wanted to reconnect people with their hair.
The subject of Afro and mixed-race hair was also a very important issue for me. I did a lot of work on it, learning and teaching.
This has enabled me to take better care of it, treat it and style it. Make-up and other beauty tricks mean that a lot of people neglect hair care.
We often don't know how to look after our hair any more. It makes me very sad and I'd like to do something about it.
